1. Contact Us Through the Website, Phone, or Social Media.
2. If you haven’t been a part of a functional fitness gym or a CrossFit Affiliate before, schedule a free fundamentals class. This class will held outside of class times and will instruct 9 foundational movements with an emphasis on range of motion and safety.
3. If you are coming from another similar facility, schedule a test out workout in order to be cleared to participate. It will be low intensity with an emphasis on movement quality and determination of experience level.
